The Board of Directors has general oversight of the affairs of Thaloth Al-Manzar Community Development Association. It sets the strategic and operational plans, oversees the delivery of programmes and initiatives, and approves the annual budget and financial reports, in accordance with the association's bylaws and the provisions of the Associations and Civil Institutions Law.
