Economic and social development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia receives great attention in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God grant him success, and his trusted Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, in the hope of achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This development has been embodied in the great support from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the National Centre for Non-Profit Sector Development came to continue what the Ministry has provided. Since its establishment in 1436 AH, Thaloth Al-Manzar Community Development Association, registered under number (4102), has operated on organisational foundations aimed at advancing the community in Thaloth Al-Manzar Centre and its villages and settlements in a modern way that directs individuals' efforts towards joint work with government efforts, as a development partner on the ground that meets the community's needs, touches its requirements and seeks to respond to changes and needs. It has had an effective impact on many development programmes that helped build the capabilities of young men and women, develop and build effective strategies for the work of productive families, awareness programmes that contribute to the development of children and their mothers and modern parenting methods, purposeful social programmes that deepen social bonds, entertainment and educational programmes, and a variety of development programmes such as family counselling, preparation for exams and choosing a specialisation, job training and qualification programmes, and nurturing artistic, scientific and literary talents and more. It has been distinguished in its performance and excellent in its outputs, because it starts from the community's needs and was undertaken by community members themselves through their volunteer spirit, driven by firm religious and social motives, to achieve integration and self-development and to earn reward. A number of purposeful initiatives have been carried out that sought integration in comprehensive development work and the shift from pastoral care to development.
